Support Options

For prompt and local response, customers are encouraged to contact their regional support representative directly. If your region is not currently covered or if your representative is unavailable please contact the main office for support.

The main Autometrix office provides unlimited telephone, e-mail, and IM support through reasonably priced service contracts. Support is available during during normal business hours (Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM PT). Contact the main office for details.

Support for customer without service contracts is available, billed on an hourly basis in 15 minute increments.
