You can set the pattern\u2019s primary color in the project view, when it\u2019s quota is met in the project view, and it\u2019s color when placed into the nesting view. Here\u2019s a quick overview of setting a pattern\u2019s color attributes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Click on a pattern or select a group of patterns and you will see this in the Pattern Properties content panel on the right side of the PatternSmith window. Click the Modify button to change the colors. If a group of patterns has different colors you see all the colors lined up vertically. Note that if you select a group of patterns, you will be changing all of the patterns to the colors you choose in this dialog window.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/lh4.googleusercontent.com\/6JRsfV-Q45gnF34obJfa-RRLLfOlGipLdL9DrwBiITVM08eBLIvmuVxktSHa9gWL1VgT1MH7cZ_Ie5TNumb2TWzQqepaIp4E5zCHvlpTv4TxfXtLhbdOVxct9cSp9Q5tVd-xyxky\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n<style>.wp-block-kadence-advancedheading.kt-adv-heading_1ac3d6-f3, .wp-block-kadence-advancedheading.kt-adv-heading_1ac3d6-f3[data-kb-block=\"kb-adv-heading_1ac3d6-f3\"]{font-style:normal;}.wp-block-kadence-advancedheading.kt-adv-heading_1ac3d6-f3 mark.kt-highlight, .wp-block-kadence-advancedheading.kt-adv-heading_1ac3d6-f3[data-kb-block=\"kb-adv-heading_1ac3d6-f3\"] mark.kt-highlight{font-style:normal;color:#f76a0c;-webkit-box-decoration-break:clone;box-decoration-break:clone;padding-top:0px;padding-right:0px;padding-bottom:0px;padding-left:0px;}<\/style>\n<h3 id=\"kt-adv-heading_1ac3d6-f3\" class=\"kt-adv-heading_1ac3d6-f3 wp-block-kadence-advancedheading\"> Playing with colors and patterns<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align:left\">On the center column, you can set separate colors to be used for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Pattern &#8211; before the quota of copies is met<\/li><li>Pattern (Quota Met) &#8211; when the quota of copies is met<\/li><li>Copy<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>For Pattern, in Options, use the dropdown to choose None (Transparent) or Custom Color. For Pattern (Quota Met) and Copy,&nbsp; in Options, use the dropdown to choose None (Transparent), Custom Color, or Current Material. You also have the option of adding slanted stripes to the fill.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You can save preset colors at the bottom. Click on the plus sign to add the current color.
