Backstory about IBIS Ripley LS – Size Small
Around four years ago, Ibis made the decision to develop a carbon facility at their Santa Cruz headquarters. This give them the ability to develop and prototype new concepts and techniques. For their first project, they built a Ripley LS in a size small for Roxy Lo, one of the most influential designers in the cycling industry today. Ibis gave this frame a longer reach, a steeper 75 degree seat tube angle, and clearance for 2.6″ tires. Roxy designs for smaller riders (and herself) and ensures they have all the same features as larger frame sizes – regardless of wheel size. That includes water bottle mounts, great standover, clearance for longer dropper posts, and (of course) great design. Ibis uses the Autometrix Advantage cutting machine in their manufacturing process. It is one of our effortless, durable and reliable cutters.
At Autometrix we love bragging about our customers, so don’t wait for a contest to send us information about awesome stuff you are doing. Contact us if you want us to showcase your company. We want to hear about the innovative products and improvements you are making to your business each day.
